The response sent out to those of us who signed the petition made my heart sink - the language in the reply certainly suggested a done deal. In terms of the view that raising SCT limit to £5k would harm access to justice, the response claimed that the public would NOT be left without assistance. It said "support for litigants in person is also available from a number of advice organisations and online sources". As Mr Trump would tweet......"sad".
