Named and shamed for taking work from a cmc. ? What on earth are you on about? I take loads of claims from cmc's some of whom data mine and some who do not. And guess what? There is no difference in the quality which is why APIL & a2j are barking up the wrong tree in my view and whilst they are focusing on something like cold calling( does access to justice not apply to people who receive telephone advice?) the insurance lobby are busy setting the agenda to remove 80% of claims from the system. APIL and A2j are trying to offer up CMC''s on a plate as some kind of gift to the insurer's. It is pointless and as one of the commentators below stated the MOJ coildn't give two hoots as long it is done compliantly.
