As people become more aware of their right to claim for sub standard food that makes them Ill, the number of claims will increase. Equally the more claims submitted the more of them will be found to be bogus. It's the law of averages. The SRA are right to ensure firms have proper procedures in place to ensure compliance. The SRA must however surely realise that they are being used by the tour operators as a way of stifling legitimate claim's. The tour operators histrionic response to the recent claims my firm has submitted has been risible.
