There has to be a reason why the success rates for solicitors drops off the further they get to the end of a recruitment process. Why? Find out the reason for that and we might begin to solve the problem. Mentoring and outreach and coaching and encouragement are all great but let's not kid ourselves: in achieving parity with the Bar only one thing matters and that is how many solicitors are you actually appointing? Anything else is just well meaning noise.
