I have been a Paralegal for 6 years, and start my hard worked for Training Contract next year. I am the only full timer in my team, and do the exact same job as our most junior Solicitor. I get paid less that a supermarket worker and work overtime during the week and come in over the weekend to try and keep on top of things- all unpaid- whilst also working on a Saturday clinic to try and make ends meet. Am I stressed? You could say that. Do I complain? No- but that doesn't mean that I'm not entitled to say that I'm stressed.
