Is not part of the problem that so many clients come in with a grievance against another or are in grief. Anyone who is either angry or feeling vulnerable is likely to be wary if not suspicious and in either case in need of certainty. Worse still an increasing proportion of the public seems to expect something for nothing. Only when firms adopt a broadly similar approach will this be effectively dealt with.
