Why just fraudulent holiday sickness claims? Why not all fraudulent claims? Defendant Solicitors and Insurers really could be doing more to name and shame the firms pedalling these claims repeatedly - why don't they?

In answer to my questions, it is of course so the insurance industry can tar us all with the same brush and it helps to put forward their agenda for reform.

I agree with AT that the Claimant body should do something about this for the benefit of the industry as a whole.
