"Lammy's final report will undoubtedly contain shocking figures in relation to the disproportionate number of black, Asian and minority ethnic people at all stages of the criminal justice system, some of which he has highlighted in his interim report."

What about the disproportionate number of men at all stages of the criminal justice system? Is this evidence of possible sexism? It's stated that BAME offenders are more likely to go to prison than a white offender for the "same" crime; as a criminal practitioner, I've yet to come across two crimes that are the same.
