This is a great article - but let down a little by the speculation that Justice Neuberger may be 'pro remain'. The idea that a complex bundle of interrelated contradictions which comprise human rights, UK, EU and international law can be reduced to a credible, coherent 'pro or anti' viewpoint is sheer bunkum. Please stop seeing dogmatists under every bed, and painting people into corners. There are many areas of EU law which are infuriating and there are many good bits too - Will those who do not recognise that the world is not black and white please leave the internet. No one will miss you.
