Does Mr Sajjad Karim honestly (honestly, now!) think that so-called "Brexit" (i.e. Britain's resuming that status vis-à-vis continental Europe which it had for about 900 years prior to 1973 and which countries such as New Zealand, Japan and Canada still have) is an any way comparable to a restoration of the tyranny of Communist rule in eastern Europe? Had Mr Karim even reached years of discretion at the time of the fall of the Berlin wall? And if so, was he then residing in Berlin or East Germany? If not, I wonder how precisely his "world changed" and how a "whole world of life choices and opportunities opened" to him?
I do genuinely ask for information and not with any satirical intent.
