£336 million? Really? Where is the evidence Ben Fletcher? If there was evidence the claims were fraudulent then why was £336 million paid out? This sounds like another excuse to bump up car insurance premiums to me, or maybe I am just cynical having heard this claptrap from the insurance sector for too many years now . . . It's just very sad the public don't see it for what it is. If they're not blaming Insurance scams, they're blaming claimant lawyers. Absolute rubbish and the insurance sector should be ashamed at this sort of press release, based on no statistical evidence whatsoever.
