As someone of 82 and in possession of most of my faculties the Judiciary should have no say in this matter. Being disabled since aged 21 due to a motorcycle accident I have overcome all the obstacles that life has thrown at me. As long as I am content with my life that is OK, but there must come a time in my future when I am really "disabled" and say confined to "bed boredom" with no hope of recovery - but to think that some judge who does not know either me or my circumstances has the power but not the RIGHT, to decide that I must live on for some archaic reason best known to them alone - cannot be fair or reasonable and I will defy their ill thought out judgements thus far and depart this life my way
