Isn’t it about time TLS and its Committees stopped given free legal advice to the Government by commenting on proposed legislation?
Isn’t time we stopped helping the system by withdrawing goodwill?
What has to happen before those who choose to lead us do something to make the public and the Government understand what is actually taking place?
There is no point whinging about our fees. No one gives a damn. Instead we must highlight the fact that access to justice is being eroded and that it is the citizen who, when he needs help most, will be left un-represented.
