“Trusted parties such as lenders and conveyancers”?
Would that mean Banks would be able to operate land registry directly?
I keep thinking only qualified lawyers and/or other licensed conveyancers should be entitled to modify the contents of such a registry, especially as it aims to be “the world’s leader”.
