It needs to be made much simpler for the public to understand. I provide reserved (and many non reserved) activities as a sole practitioner in commercial law to business clients. Lots of competitors do everything I do identically as sole traders or limited companies but not the litigation and are consultants or advisers etc. The clients have no idea what the difference is - that I pay the firm and individual fee, am able to provide reserved activities, must have insurance etc. The clients just think we are all "lawyers".
