So the crown can place itself above the common law and the supreme court ignores the fact that " no one is above the law".
So the Crown can act outside the law, effectively making the crown a dictatorship. The common law, which although superior to statute law, is ignored by our corrupted supreme court. The common law is very simple. You can do anything that you wish provided it causes no harm or loss to another.
It is accepted law that one cannot smoke in Pubs etc. because of health risks. But in an enclosed prison cell an inmate can be forced to breath in smoke that another man was causing harm to him, Now the supreme court has demonstrated that it is being controlled , not by precedent, but by outside pressures. One day some of you solicitors will protest at this unlawful process. Are there any solicitors out there with consciences.?
