My assertion is you're a deluded fantasist: There is no evidence of widespread malpractice by solicitors. There have been a small number of cases of rotten apples (plus ca change etc).

If there were such evidence and the SRA did not immediately intervene then the insurers would take action and would also release the recordings and 'name and shame'.

Can you also explain how the insurers got a recording of the call between the cl solicitors and their (potential) client are they hacking the claimant's solicitors?
