Interesting so on a billing target of £193000 she must have been on £60000 a year on the normal one third rule ? For a junior lawyer in a provincial firm is this the norm and did she know this was expected of her when she joined ,I very much doubt it .Under what pressure did she expect to achieve this? Totally unfair and unwarranted attitude her employer in my opinion.
