I wonder how many cases are in court up and down the country - now being stayed or reversed out of?

Must be a massive costs liability faced by Mr Green's and Mr Carlisle's/Ms Moore's clients - why should the lay client have pay for this apparent misconduct?

The client's need protection from these individuals, and if there was ever a finer time for an intervention I am yet to see it.

The liquidation of the respective limited companies affords no protection to these three.

The courts are only too willing to hand down personal orders when misconduct or criminality is found.
