The practice of insurers contacting clients post submission of cnf is rife. I have no problem calling out haven . Others do it routinely. I lost dozens of clients before I realised what was happening. Basically clients were being scared off. I could fill this thread with examples but the worst was when an insurer sent an investigator and door stepped my client who told me they had told him my firm was being investigated by the police. Maybe I am. Maybe not. That was 3 years ago. I have not been arrested yet.
