Henry, god rest his soul, was the son of a much reviled ( wrongly) Home Secretary in Macmillan’s Cabinet in the 60s. His mother, Dame Barbara was a very high powered Tory. Despite or perhaps, some might argue, because of it, he was real ace. He helped us hugely in our work in Eastern Europe in the years following the collapse of Communism. My deepest sympathy and condolences to his family and friends.
