Agreed. Most courts have 3/4 DJs to deal with broadly everything. They do the biz.

So all courts will have to have at least 2 DJJ to deal with Directions and FDR and the final disposal. Or everyone will have to travel for a 10am kick off.

Which leaves a small pool to deal with the trial.

And big - in provincial terms means £1.5 - 3m plus cases - will be moved to where?

Yet the most difficult cases are those where one side or the other will - given our property market and post 2007 banking tests - mean that one side or the other will be near homeless.

I'm glad that I'm out of it.
