Mr.Scott - save to point out that my earlier comment was quite clear in referring to an anonymous poster who has now gone quiet (of which there were many) I do not propose to debate matters with you on a message board, because (a) it is not remotely dignified, and (b) there is on-going litigation between us including, I presume, a potential appeal on Swain

Anon @ 16.47 is totally on point - if you have issues with my rights of audience (on the very rare occasions that my Costs Lawyer co-director does not deal with the matter herself, or instruct counsel, but instructs me instead), please do raise them with the court or one of the regulators!
