Agreed the issue on ID which is why i refuse to certify ID documents for non -clients. I don't want to do it for £200 let alone going rate of £5 and Joe Public thinks I am taking the mick when I leave my desk and ask for £5 to certify his documents as genuine. I even had someone shout and threaten me once when I would not countersign his son's passport application (ignore the fact I am not allowed to anyway because I do not known him)

I agree with the judge that neither law firm the party to the case were to blame. Somebody was though!
