And remember how can the insurance company be seen as cold calling when they are the ones automatically involved unlike the claimant solicitors.
This in reality is actually not helping the PI claimant sector as there's nothing to suggest the claimant was treated any differently or put in a worse position by dealing directly with the insurer and exposes what most of the general public already know about solicitors greed.
You guys are so blinkered that you cant see the negative damage of this case for your "just" cause, the claimant does not care about your costs, never has and never will.
