'Next the SRA will be providing us with health certificates .....'

Certainly I can perceive an argument, using commercial pilots as an analogy, that the mental and physical health of practising solicitors should be examined annually and certificates of 'fitness to practise' issued by authorised medical practitioners. But I don't necessarily subscribe to that argument!
