I completely disagree with you. Clearly Jewish and Muslim are asking to skip the queue. They want their deceased to be dealt with ahead of everyone else, what is that if it is not skipping the queue.

As for Corbyn saying "‘unacceptable’ that people suffering from grief are experiencing ‘unnecessary delays and barriers to laying loved ones to rest’". So what about non Jewish and non Muslim? They have to experience delays because preferential treatment is be given to others. Is this not the same?

As others have said, no one should get preferential treatment. The cab rank rule is fair. Alas I think the JR will succeed as the Courts won't want to upset anyone or be accused of racism.
