So basically you wrote all that simply to have a dig at insurance companies?
The problem with most arguments I have seen from the claimant point of view especially on here is the fact they generalise claimants as being unable to handle their own claims.
They use a few extreme examples to try and argue against the tens of thousands of examples given by insurers, they use the term "access to justice" incorrectly as each claimant will still be able to claim and as such they will still access to justice.
Thanks again though but maybe you could add something to the mix rather than simply having a rant at insurers
