I've sat through a full day trial; having had conduct of the PI case from day 1; having had a conference with counsel prior to the hearing; and the case having been prepared as thoroughly and well as possible; followed by a final judgment given clearly and concisely.....only for the Claimant to then ask as we are walking out..."Did we win then?" The answer was yes, but you are not telling me that the majority of people in this society are equipped to take on insurers on their own and actually understand what they are doing. They will be taken advantage of in the same way that money shops and loan sharks take advantage of the poor, vulnerable and needy.
