"Specialist conveyancers" are often solicitors, you know.
General conveyancing firms of solicitors are, however, often so busy on routine sales/purchases that they are not geared-up to offer Conveyancing Research (non-standard conveyancing problem-solving services). Those of us who do specialise in this area of practice, however, are finding a much larger demand for our services! Oh, and it's nothing to do with fees for conveyancing work either.
