If commenters had even the most rudimentary understanding of this area of practice then they would also be aware that the quality of jurisprudence and sound decision making in these tribunals is woefully lacking, causing certain senior bar professionals to refer to the SEN Tribunal as "the wild west. " Employment lawyers for example are generally dismayed by the gulf difference in quality of SEN tribunal judgments, when compared with the generally sound and well considered judgments in the employment tribunal. That said, having a quota of success is almost as bad as the real success rates for local authorities in the "wild west," which currently stands at 14%.
