i for one would never go into any court that has been brought by the legal society as LIP;
The Courts are public arenas, the Judges Magistrates Clerks are PUBLIC servants, and are there to serve the public, therefore if the public wish to come in and hold their court as a LIP then that is their right to do so.
It is becoming a common practice for these courts who you think are public but in reality are private cases, to trod all over our rights. Well let that be on the Judge or Magistrates head who wishes to trespass on our rights especially when a claim on their indemnity insurance is made
