Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 section 84, where are these so called orders?????? Section 85 look very carefully, it is to give adequate guidance to drivers, guidance is not an order it isnt a statute but guidance. Section 89 states any person who exceeds the speed limit shall be guilty of an offence, ok lets break that one down shall we, who says the driver will be guilty without a court case, what happened to innocent until proven guilty, is this possibly why the police just go straight for the notice of intended prosecution, they act in a judicial capacity???? how interesting
