Well the article isn't written very well in that case as both the MP and Andrew Twambley seem to think that VRU's do not experience whiplash claims. If they don't, they don't come into the tariff. I'm not saying it is entirely fair that then for these Claimants the SCT limit is £5000, but the work above the tariff limit will be taken by somebody on a cut of damages as costs. I actually think however that a £2000 SCT limit for other road users than car drivers/occupants would be more reasonable.
