Woohoo the Coop is so great. Except I have seen what happens when they get out of their depth, and give woeful advice, and then get aggressive when a complaint is made- far worse than any solicitors firm I have ever seen, including threatening to make a disabled lady homeless so they could take their fees from the sale of the property, which by the way were NOT a fixed fee, and was based on a massively high rate for a paralegal working through a checklist, and loads of disbursement’s incurred that weren’t appropriate. So if you want to delude yourself about the Coop then go ahead.
