My grandsons case went through FPC in a name of a child that has never existed, contrary to his birth certified name the only name ever used by his parents, family, doctors, local hospital .
The case ended in High Court of Appeal London in the same false name Split case joined, no further appeal allowed to change the name
According to the Local Authority, this gave them permission to change this false name to remove him from his birth family and implement his adoption case in his birth certified name, as a family we were powerless
