If you talk about consumer awareness and protection then you have to refer to consumer review.

There are very few review sites that give business less than 80% positive rating and do not have a paid for link on the same page to that business!

The same will happen to ADR as the larger fish eat up the smaller because the larger fish has paid for contractual obligations and preferential siding with one side over the other! It's business after all.
