Seems to be about right.

Inexperienced junior Solicitor, probably dealing with a 'experienced' and manipulative criminal client, makes a serious misjudgment on the spur of the moment.

I remember my early days as Duty Dog down the local nick that it could be a very intimidating and pressured environment -trying to win the client's trust and at the same time being in the line-of-fire of hard-bitten cynical coppers...

Unless/until you've actually been there it's difficult to imagine what it's like.
