Putting aside the fact they were DVDs, and the subject-matter, how many times do we come across mail not reaching its destination? And, how much of it contains "personal data" and arguably, sensitive if its originating proceedings, disclosure documents, witness statements, etc. Seriously, how far are we expected to go under GDPR. Does anyone know whether if, say, witness statements sent by post, ended up amongst several thousand missing postal items each year, would there be a penalty?
