There is a massive problem in the criminal justice system. The prisons are full and the whole system is backed up like a gigantic sewer.
The police are being actively discouraged from arresting anyone because there is no where in the prison estate to put them if they do.

The MOJ and the Home Office are delighted with the entire profession- because no one has spotted what is really going on.

The root of the problem- came from when the Home Office and the MOJ thought the POA the prison officers union were too militant. Instead of paying prison officers a decent living wage they decide to deal with them by privatising the prisons instead. This is now costing a fortune for each prison place and prisons in general. The prisons are full.

All the support staff are being taken away from the police too- right across this island of ours- in the hope this will stop them doing their jobs.
