So let me think, if a solicitor brought such a misguided claim, and then got criticised for their conduct and even after all that had the temerity to then seek to claim costs, would the SRA expect to levy some sanction? Yes, but of course when the boot is on the other foot………
When will a regulator learn that to have any credibility they have to be subject to the same standards.
