It was advanced that the Master gave undue weight to less relevant factors, including the availability of alternative and unnamed solicitors in other locations outside London. ..."

That is fair point. I think that one of the old Cook on Costs Texts say you may want to pay for a Solicitor that has plush carpets in heir office. But the opponent does not have to do that (in as many words). ....
