Utter nonsense from a bunch of people whom I suspect have never actually run a business.
I object to the LSB and SRA telling me what I must do to attract clients. I believe they have overstepped the mark.
If only we had an independent representative body to protect our interests rather than worrying about the mythical concerns of “consumers”.
My prediction is that this whole exercise will fall into disrepute fairly quickly.
