Why would you assume your premium would reduce, the costs of repairs does not reduce each year, the costs of claims does not reduce, the tax does not reduce each year, I will mention hard and soft cycles and maybe you can use the internet and see what that means.
People really do need to look at exactly how ALL insurance works and how premiums are calculated rather than ASSUMING every year without a claims will mean a premium reduction
