You no the slogan: "We've got the van. We've got the dog. We've got the baseball bat. Now we will get your debt"
In other words the government needs to get a grip. Provision of a functioning legal system is one of the fundamental duties of the state, not some luxury to add on after all the fripperies have been paid for.
If citizens can not get appropriate access to the courts the rule of law will break down.
