I have every sympathy for what the victims and families have gone through, but it comes across like their minds are made up that anyone involved with Grenfell, in whatever capacity, is part of a conspiracy against them. It's a great example of the 'mob rule' that exists these days where offence is taken to near enough everything, kicking up a bit of a fuss over very little results in people losing their jobs etc.

Take the furore when Sir Martin M-B was appointed to the inquiry, someone found that in a case several years ago he had judged someone not liable for a fire in which someone died, and there were immediate cries of 'whitewash', 'he can't be suitable because of this decision he made years ago in an unrelated case which bore no similarities'.
