Shocking judgement, this country and those who promote these claims really should take a long hard look at the bigger picture.
Facebook is awash with adverts for all sorts of no win no fee issues and the 10's of thousands of people that comment on these adverts show the general publics view on these companies.
You may all take the higher ground in regards to "access to justice" but this whole claim was all about greed and nothing else.
