Interesting! I've just read a very similar "breaking news" item on Sky where the report headline referred to the government cracking down on Estate Agents, public schools, football clubs, luxury garages and nail bars... Report stated that it was Estate Agents who make less than 1% of all suspicious activity reports but that the majority of money laundering offences include property and so an estate agent must be involved. it would be really nice to have Estate Agents take more responsibility after all it would have been an Estate Agent who met the purported seller in the Dreamvar case and who should have ensured that the seller produce appropriate identity.....
