I’m still waiting for someone to explain why we should care about a gender pay gap.

It has been pointed out time and time again that a GPG is explainable by men and women freely choosing, on average, to undertake different work.

Put at its highest, a GPG could also arise because women are systematically discriminated against in competition for top positions. However, the mere fact of a GPG, by itself, does not prove this.

Is any of this actually addressed by GPG ideologues. No! They just endlessly spout the mantra that GPG’s must be eradicated as if it were a doctrinal article of faith.
