It's sad that The Gazette has become a platform for loony conspiracy theories relating to the male patriarchy and any other nutty ideology that is flavour of the month.

Why not do an in-depth analysis explaining that there are many valid reasons that explain the pay gap -- none of which have to do with discrimination? We're all educated individuals and deserve far better than this sort of tabloid-level journalism.
